FEMALE VOICE: I had an accident and tore several ligaments in my leg. The doctors were calling me and asking when I was going to make payments.

FEMALE VOICE: And I was worried about how the medical bills were going to get paid. Then when the doctors started talking about therapy, it’s like how am I going to pay for therapy?
